PALISADES PILSNER

A German Pilsner brewed with Belgium's finest barley and a select German lager yeast. Our lightest beer in both color and body, the Palisades Pilsner is a brew that will please any beer drinker's palate.

INDIAN PALE® ALE

The Indian Pale® Ale is our most aggressively hopped brew. It is a light golden in color with a very strong hop profile. We dry hop this beer(which is adding hops to the beer after fermentation) for a nice floral aroma. If you like strong, bitter beers, then this is the choice

BAD ASS® ALE

As our signature brew, the Bad Ass® Ale is really a style of its own. Our brewers handcraft this ale to be the perfect balance between its malted barley and choice hops. Deep burgundy in color and high in alcohol, enjoying a pint of the Bad Ass® is a real roller coaster ride. At first the pronounced hop flavor hits you smack in the mouth.
